I am so excited for my first collaboration with Ashleigh from Sewrella. If you’ve seen her patterns you understand why I was completely fangirling over the chance to work with her.
Ashleigh has graciously opened her door to share her platform by starting the Guest Designer Program. There are so many talented crochet bloggers in the program and I am honored to be a part of it. My first design contribution is this Knit-Look Crochet Pillow Pattern.
The knit-look crochet pillow was designed to warm up my living room, and yours. Spring usually means winter here in the midwest. Until the weather decides to play nice, I’ll be pretending it’s spring, warming up my house with new textures and working through my ever-growing yarn stash.
It’s no secret that I love the texture of knitting, but prefer to crochet. The knit-look crochet pillow is where these two loves meet. A crochet pillow pattern that meets your desire for all the knit texture loveliness, without picking up a pair of needles.
All you need is a crochet hook, a pillow form, and whatever yarn you have in your stash.
You can find the full crochet pattern over at Sewrella.
Here’s a helpful video tutorial that will teach you how to slip stitch crochet.
I discover you from Sewrella’s blog and I LOVE your pillow ! I am not a knitter either, but I like knitting texture and stitches. So, thank you for this great pattern ! 🙂
I’m so glad you’re here and love the pattern. Faux knitting is my THING 🙂 I have quite a few patterns using the simple slip stitch.
Enjoy the patterns.
